About TriHex Dynamic

An engineering partner built around one idea: the fastest way to a validated design is to stop handing work between vendors.

Why We Exist

One Team, the Whole Pipeline

TriHex Dynamic exists because product teams were tired of stitching together CAD houses, meshing specialists, simulation consultants and report writers into one fragile chain, where context gets lost at every handoff. We built a single team that owns the whole pipeline: design, mesh, simulate, analyze, automate, so nothing falls through the cracks between vendors.

We’re solver-agnostic by design. Every CAE platform has a job it does best: LS-DYNA and PAM-CRASH for crash and impact, Nastran and Abaqus for structural depth, ANSA for mesh quality that holds up under any of them. We pick the right tool for the question you’re actually asking, instead of forcing your problem into whichever license happens to be open.

Automation and machine learning aren’t a separate department here, they’re built into how we work day to day. Scripting away the repetitive parts of CAD, meshing and post-processing means more of our engineering time goes to judgment calls, not clicks, and more of your budget goes to analysis, not setup.

How We Work

Our Approach

  • One partner across the full engineering pipeline: design, mesh, simulate, analyze, automate
  • Solver-agnostic expertise across the industry’s leading CAE platforms
  • Automation and machine learning built into the workflow, not bolted on afterward
  • Clear, presentation-ready reporting built for decisions, not just documentation

Our Advantage

Why Teams Choose TriHex Dynamic

Most engineering vendors are good at one stage of the pipeline. Fewer are good at the handoffs between stages, and that’s usually where time, budget and design intent get lost. We built TriHex Dynamic to own those handoffs: the same team that meshes your model understands why it was designed that way, and the same team that runs your simulation is the one writing the report explaining what it means for your design.

That shows up in three ways clients notice quickly: faster turnaround, because nothing waits in a queue between vendors; fewer surprises, because mesh quality and solver setup are handled by people who understand what “good enough” actually means for your load case; and reporting you can act on, not just archive.
