Build the pipeline other engineering teams wish they had.
Working Here
TriHex Dynamic is built around a simple idea: engineers who own a problem end to end, design through automation, do better work than engineers stuck in one narrow slice of a pipeline. If you’d rather understand why a part was designed the way it was than just mesh it and move on, you’ll fit in here.
We’re solver-agnostic, tool-agnostic, and allergic to busywork, which means the bar is less about which CAE package you’ve memorized and more about how you think through a problem when the “correct” tool isn’t obvious yet.
What We Look For
Comfort with SolidWorks, FreeCAD, Rhinoceros or ANSA, and the judgment to know when a mesh is good enough versus when it needs another pass.
Working knowledge of LS-DYNA, PAM-CRASH, Nastran or Abaqus, and the instinct to pick the right one instead of defaulting to whichever you know best.
If you’ve ever scripted away a repetitive CAD or post-processing task rather than doing it by hand for the tenth time, you already think the way we work.
The ability to explain a simulation result to someone who didn’t run it, in a report that leads to a decision rather than more questions.
Open Roles
We don’t have specific openings listed at the moment, but we’re always glad to hear from strong CAD, meshing, simulation or automation engineers. If that’s you, send your resume and a note about what you’ve worked on, we read every one, and we’ll reach out if there’s a fit, now or down the line.
